Although this stage is mainly our territory,  we will need your involvement during the build.  Our Project Management Team takes a methodical approach in planning and guiding the agreed project processes.  This in turn guarantees mbsl provides transparency over the development through regular updates, diligent  tracking and a strong feed back process.

We recognise the risk and counter productiveness of our clients being dependent on only one member of our team.  Although the majority of our clients have a dedicated consultant to support them, mbsl's centralised  systems and methods allow any member of our team to support any client.

Most of our contact with clients is carried out remotely, however there are occasions when there is a need to work with you on site. We are happy to travel day to day within the Auckland area. (Travel outside of the Auckland area is arranged on a case by case basis).
