finPOWER Connect - 4.00.04 - released 5 December 2023

Intersoft Systems has announced their release of finPOWER Connect version 4.00.04 dated 5 December 2023.

Note:  mbsl recommend that you contact us in the first instance if you are considering upgrading to this latest version. 



Warning:  Although a database can be opened in version 3.4.x and 4.0.0 it is strongly recommend that you only do so when testing changes.   New features may not be backward compatible with earlier versions.

finPOWER Connect

Bank Transactions

  • Bank Transaction Reverse; default Reversal Date is now the original date of the Bank Transaction



Record Forms

  • Now show Record 'Dirty' indicator



Bank Account Enquiries

  • illion BankStatements service; Automatic purging of old service logs



Credit Enquiries

  • Centrix
  • Biometric product updated to v1.04 specification
  • Commercial Report URLs updated
  • CreditSense
  • Supporting Documents status updated
  • Added automatic purging of old service logs



Documents

  • New Document Usage Report available
  • Australian Loan Contract (Fixed Term) Document; Additional Secured Signing Options



Quick Search 2

  • "Deep" search will now search a Workflow's related record code
  • Beta flag removed



Task Manager 2

  • Quick Search folders
  • Can now be restricted to only include certain Record Types
  • Button added to toggle the summary shown below the grid
  • Monitored Accounts folders
  • Additional columns for ClientId and DealerId



Reports

  • Loan Aged Overdue Report; "Payment Cycle" and "Payment Cycle (Simple)" Grouping options added
  • Client List Report; Add PEP Status
  • Bank Transaction List; "Transfer Date" column added
  • Security Item List Report, Added columns for VIN and Chassis



Users

  • User Form
  • Heading background colour changed for deleted Users
  • User Policies
  • New option to auto-disable Users in Account Processes



Excel Workbook Functions

  • Added FreezePanes function to ISExcelWorksheet



Setup Program

  • Now sets the "Start in" Windows folder for the shortcuts it creates

  • Pressing F1 will now launch Help
  • Add Menus can now define a custom Icon and Caption
  • Improved notification given if download is blocked by the browser
  • Edit forms running in finPOWER Connect Cloud now, where possible, show if the record is "Dirty" in their form header
  • Right-clicking on a Tab and selecting "Copy link to Show this Page" now copies directly to the clipboard
  • Also, right-clicking a Tab in the Records view now gives the option to "Copy link to show this Record"




Web Services

  • HTTP GET-based Authentication
  • Is now disabled by default
  • Web Administration
  • Log page now shows when the Configuration has been updated
