McCorkindale Business Solutions Limited ("mbsl") is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.   


Your personal information is important to us.  mbsl recognises that your privacy is very important to you and that you have a right to control your personal information. We know that providing personal information is an act of trust and we take this seriously. Unless provided for in this Privacy Policy or you give us explicit consent to act otherwise, your personal information will not be used for any other purpose than intended. We will not supply, sell or share your personal information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.


If there is any part of our Privacy Policy with you which you do not agree with, your only recourse is leave to our website immediately.

This is the Privacy Policy of ‘McCorkindale Business Solutions Limited’ (referred to as ‘mbsl'), or ‘us’, or ‘we’, or ‘our’.   The term ‘you’ refers to the user, viewer, visitor and authorised customer.

Personal information received about you

We receive your Personal Information from various sources including:

  • when you voluntarily provide us your personal details in order to register on our website;
  • when you use or access our website in connection with your use of our services; and
  • from third party providers, services and public registers (for example, traffic analytics vendors).

Our website Support and Contact page asks you for the following:

  •  full name;
  •  company name; 
  •  telephone number;
  •  email address;
  •  the product and subject title you are enquiring about, the details of your query, or the assistance or support that you require in respect of such product or matter; and
  •  the ability to attach a file. 


We may also request further information from you to assist us with your query, or the assistance or support you require, including but not limited to your type of business, target market and financial products and services sold and your current hardware and software setups.

 

There is no obligation for you to provide us with personal information, however it may mean we will not be able to answer your queries to the best of our ability or to carry out the support or assistance requested by you. 


Cookies and Non-Personal Information

When you visit our website, some non-personal information is collected about you automatically, including your IP address and geolocation data. Data is also collected when you navigate through our website, including what pages you looked at and what links you may have clicked.


We may receive data, which is indirectly made up from your personal information, from software services. No such information is identifiable to you.

We will in most instances use your return email address or phone number to respond to your query. Your email address and phone number will not be shared with any outside party unless consent is given.

mbsl's employees are familiar with our security policy and practices.

mbsl's website contains links to other websites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, or you ask us to forward information to a third-party site on your behalf, you are moving to another website. We make no representations or warranties in relation to the privacy policies of any third-party website and we are not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of any third party website. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of these linked sites as they are responsible for informing you about their own privacy practices which may differ from ours.

 

Our Privacy Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. To the extent you disclose your information to other parties or sites throughout the internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. Our website is not designed for or directed at children. Under no circumstances shall we allow use of our services by minors without prior consent or authorisation by a parent or legal guardian.
