Why can’t I update the new Licence sent to me?



Licence Checks

  • The finPOWER licences are only valid in the month they are issued, check the issue date on the licence certificate is the current calendar month
  • The finPOWER licences are only valid for the modules licenced, check the modules on the licence certificate match the checked items in the modules list
  • The finPOWER licences are only valid for the maximum of open accounts, check the Maximum 'Open' Accounts on the licence certificate match the amount stated in the licence options
